Milton Ray
Milton Leónidas Ray Guevara (been born on 5 May 1948 in Samaná) is a Dominican lawyer, judge and expert constitucionalist. He is the first and current president of the Constitutional Court of Dominican Republic.
He served as senator during the 1998-2002 legislative quadrennium by the Dominican Revolutionary Party; but he left the office when he was appointed Minister of Labour on 16 August 2000 and held that position until 16 August 2004.

Ray graduated as Doctor in public law (mention très very) in the University of Nice, France in 1975. He is graduate in law Summa cum laude at the Pontifical Catholic University Mother and Master (1965-1970). Besides he has a Diploma of Studies Advanced in social law, at Sorbonne in Paris, France (1984); Diplomado of Upper Studies in right compared (mention very) of the International Faculty of Right Compared in Strasbourg, France (1976); Diplomado in Right of the Work Compared (mention excellent) of the International School of Trieste, Italy (1976); Diplomado in Banking Right Compared of the School of Banking Right of Barcelona, Spain (1975); Certificados of International Studies, Institute of the Right of the Peace and of the Development (mention well, excellent) of Nice, France (1974).
